Just a point of view that made sense, business wise for me.

Re this ann., and having a strong purpose, and people investing, I think that the 'angel' or 'devil', depending on how you see it, will be in the detail.

Will have to wait and see what the 2nd announcement says to make a proper judgement call on why it is out now. I can't say for certain, but considering how close this is to the other one, IMO, it must be important to the future of the company.
