Actually Kitboga on YouTube did a collaboration with an AI engineer and they created a script to ultimately get the Indian call-centre bank account details so they could report them to the authorities.
The video demonstrated how difficult it is to program AI to deal with an unscripted conversation but eventually he did get details on at least a couple of occasions.
Crowd Media has so much more potential in this very young industry.
