Yes, I am aware about the partnership with the Vietnam mine. I tried to contact Urbix to find out at what stage they are. The only thing I got is this:

I read an older article: "Urbix Resources to build a purification plant in Vietnam". Do you have any information published how this is going? I read that by the end of 2020 it should be up and running. Thanks a lot!

Still in planning, but delayed due to world events.
I think from a geopolitical point of view Vietnam is more risky than Madagascar due to the short distance to China. But maybe I am biased.
Regarding the Brazilian mine: Do you have an official announcement there?
Probably, an advantage for Urbix would be that BSM is so small (and in the perfect stage before large scale mining) that they can more easily shape the mine together with the BSM team. But again, not sure how relevant that is.
