    That's correct, HXG (now NH3) is disputing GCM's claim to an 80% stake in the McIntosh project. GCM argues they fulfilled the Stage 3 earn-in requirements, investing over $4 million to secure their ownership, while HXG claims GCM owns none of the tenements.It seems to me, however, that GCM has a pretty solid case, but ultimately it will be up to the courts to decide. This court case will be pivotal in determining the project's future and could have significant implications for both parties. Definitely one to watch closely! That said, the upstream supply for VHD graphite wouldn’t come from McIntosh or even Australia for the foreseeable future anyway, so this dispute isn’t likely to impact the immediate plans for commercial production.
