In the 6 weeks from Dec 22, 2022 to Feb 20, 2023, just say I commissioned Morrison to sell on my behalf those 1,000,000 shares.
And then, on Feb 23, 2023 you commissioned Morrison to buy on your behalf the 1,253,509 shares.
I will let you work out how these buys and sells are unrelated based on the above scenario, even though both were done by Morrison....but your inference that the broker data suggests it is related just because it was done by the same broker isn't necessarily so.
