Trying to work out the whole situation with Comet and the potential outcomes before making a decision to invest in IG6

Is there an expectation for any of the loan to be repaid next year when it matures?

If Comet do default on the loan are they then considered bankrupt and their assets including the 30 mil shares of IG6 get "dissolved" or sold off to pay debtors (Potentially IG6))

Is there any way that Comet could "return" their shares to IG6 in leiu or repaying the loan? (30 mil shares x 5 cents is a value of 1.5 mil) Essentially some sort of buyback?

Would Comet need to disclose if they had been drip selling their IG6 shares over previous months?
