I see the use cases and the world we are living in and can see high demand for a secure supply of graphite.

Clearly the team at IG6 see the same as they are still pursuing the same plans. Build the downstream Collie Micronising Facility, commence mining and processing the graphite flakes at Springdale and build the Battery Anode Materials facility also in Collie.

They have most of the money for phase 1 of the Collie Micronising Facility, the questions is where the funds come from for the rest of the cost, about $2m still needed. My thought was that they would try and bring forward the funds currently earmarked for phase 2, but last indication from the company was that they would seek funding via an upfront payment for an offtake agreement. If they do the latter, then they have the grant funding already in place to complete phase 2 without any additional funds.
