It is boring and a little worrying.

However, I would like to remind all of you and our wonderful HGO workforce of what is ahead.

As an HGO shareholder, I have put up capital to support HGO in its endeavors at Kanmantoo in the early days. For all those years salaries got paid and wealth was generated, but not for those who put the capital up. We got the one divy, which was good but not enough to compensate for the capital losses sustained. I guess that's the way it is sometimes.

So hopefully this time there will be enough for all to benefit, capital and labour alike. At this time, our workforce may need to yet again stretch to get our plans done before Christmas and that may mean burning some hours. If that's what is required, then that's what needs to be delivered. I would like to think that if our plans are not complete before Christmas then it was because it was not humanly possible, and not because it was too much work.

Let's hope a "big effort" will see everything come together in time.
