I disagree with this as there is always a price or reason to sell and move on.
Whether it's retirement or family needs something always pops up.
I was looking forward to leaving my property to my kids, but now, in Victoria
I will be giving them a burden.

Spiraling Land taxes and Insurances, Council rates, Smoke detector reports,
Electrical reports, Gas reports,Tenants rights....... OMG!
The latest Land tax grab equates to around $40/week/property.
Try explaining that to the tenants.
Not crying poor however those that know me (refer to my post 26/05)
will understand the sacrifices and risks involved in taking a step forward in life.

Wherever there is money the govt vultures are circling.
I'm almost ashamed that my culture invented Democracy (amongst other things)
couldn't resist.

For now they can't touch my MEI shares.
For now they can't touch franking credits DYOR
For now they can't put a tax on my home or inheritance etc etc..DYOR

But they're working on it. PHD of life.

Looking forward to another record breaking week...caaaarn hurdle no1 - 30cents
