great point Leo regarding tenants rights against the evil landlord. the do Gooders patting each other on the back, thinking they are making great change for tenants by creating all these must have rights for those living in a home that someone else owns. They are hurting the people they are trying to help. So many people are selling rental properties which can only mean rent prices can go one way as demand outweighs supply. this tax will be the nail in the coffin for anyone trying to rent in Victoria, does the woak labour government think land lords will absorb this cost??
