I'd be disappointed if it went for $1.2, but that said somewhere in that area would make sense as a possible range should something occur between PFS and Finance imho, all depends if said coalition wants to see it through to production or not really (and actually having TO offers, hahaha). The best defense would be a blocking position group plus a high SP to NPV ratio making a potential bid expensive.
