LYC are irrelevant, they are too small.
Brazil would probably block it and the price would be far higher.
1.20 is not even in the ballpark and is designed to be theft.
Even the Chinese would put in a blocking stake to stop that surely at those prices which is counter productive to Brazil and BRICS development and growth
