MSM just starting to pick up on the Chinese banning exports of Rare Earth metals, should provide a boost with investors from retail to institutional looking for the next big Rare Earth thing in a "friendly" jurisdiction.
MEI fits very nicely with that narrative, I suspect we will be getting a lot of new shareholders on the register next week.
