also being not a blue chip /indexed stock -it is prone to bouts of volatility and share price manipulation(so funds can get in) which the regulators cant monitor/ enforce.
It will likely stabilise given enough time, indexation and so forth.
SP Range broadly is 23 to 27.5 from recent post break out candlestick- it is still range bound.
