Maybe a bit misleading; they should probably be a bit more upfront about it as it does seem a little cunning, but it looks like they should actually remain below the radioactive classification for the concentrate. Similar to Lynas with shipping a non-radioactive concentrate to Malaysia, it just ends up being a bit murky understanding where the radioactive elements report to in the tailings and at what concentrations during initial separation and then being able to clearly demonstrate that it is being managed appropriately.
