Hmmm, could it be someone who has a whole swag of options to convert and are planning to dump a bunch of heads to win on realizing gains, win on the short and then get back to same position size converting the options? The win in the short might pay the tax on the realized gains in that case. I don't have that sort of market moving funds so just a theory.
