My view on that is and it’s only my opinion GinaR planned to ambush the takeover have a seat on the board of the merged entity ie Liontown /Albemarle and watch Albemarle expertise bring Liontown in to processing the Li so GonaR could learn from one of the largest lithium production and processing giants of the world…… have a read on how Albemarle started back in the late 1800’s producing blotting paper and other stationery goods …….and In 2015 ,took a punt swallowed another coy the name escapes me for the minute and that paid huge dividends and here they are,picking off Aussie lithium miners ,Albemarle not going away they’ve set up shop in Bumbury WA committing $4 billion a processing plant etc.DYOR
