Just leaving aside the flawed maths and actually going through the cash flows and logic behind this might help.

Easier to just ridicule rather than debate ideas on the basis of facts/ reasoning/ calculations though I suppose.

Always happy to look at people's ideas and accept/ examine different arguments as food for thought.

I don't understand why people don't get why no-one really bothers posting anymore. Oops maybe I actually do.

Having reverse engineered the calculations that might get to 50 cent and changed the assumptions which I laid out anyone is welcome to question/ calibrate what I've laid out as I might learn something, which I'm open to.

Anything is cheap at any price if it's worth more over time. I may stop posting at this point as all I was doing was sharing a point of view and being a little provocative.
