Much appreciated. 2.5% including to surface rights holder/s is very good, same as QLD royalty rates. Always have to be careful with royalties, looks like IXR in Uganda are facing 5% government royalty plus gov get a 15% free carry in the project. Economics can get challenged when government is too greedy, but MEI looking good on that front!
