Maybe MEI shareholders are selling down some of their holdings and relocating to RDM (Red Metal) after their cracking announcement yesterday. However, I think the global negative sentiment on rare earths is more likely to be the driver along with possible retail shareholder burn out / boredom after good announcement after good announcement and the share price seemingly range bound for quite a period despite the constant stream of good news.
