Thanks for pointing it out RSM @VTrain. Did a bit of research on it.
It's been around for a while. Resouro didn't discover it. Iluka had a look about 7 years ago - interested in the titanium - but I wasn't able to find any reports they published. However at that time Iluka also had a JV with Vale at Tapira in Minas Gerais. They spent a couple of years trying to figure out how to get the TiO2 (anatase) out of the stockpiles and in-situ material of Tapira. In the end they walked away.

In the link there is broadbrush description of the geology which bears some similarities with Tiros.
