That's not exactly correct (that I called 14c)
I find it difficult to say what may happen in next few minutes, so will never predict what's going to happen.
But I do like trading patterns, previous plays etc. There is no guarantee it will happen like that, but at least gives something to play around.
This is what I wrote
The number 14 is based on trading pattern - first time it made a new high around 19.5 and when it was going down it reversed from 14, hence that number is in my mind. But I always had a thought that 17 may be an intermediate turn. But if 17 doesn't hold, it opens up the possibility.
