In terms of your discussion and points being made about REE security for the West, I would think the Mt Isa region in Queensland, Australia would be a far better location for a tier 1 REE Mine.

Things are unfolding in that space at the moment with RDM’s recent announcement, albeit early days still.
I’m sure the USA would undoubtedly prefer to have Australia in its supply chain (supplying REE) than Brazil at anytime, let alone during a future global war.

Just making the point, if both MEI and RMD end up developing tier 1 REE mines, obviously both still have a vast amount of work to do and hence there is still a large volume of water to flow under both bridges so to speak.
