The ARR 2.3Bt resource grades roughly 3,200ppm. The 4-5% grade in the table posted by ARR is not the resource (JORC) grade in the ground but a grade produced by hard rock mining, crushing and grinding then cyclone and magnetic concentration. By the way...about 20% of the REOs are lost in the process of concentration.
Their table says "Reduced Capex and Opex", it doesn't say low capex and opex. It's hard to see how their costs have been reduced when as far as I know they haven't estimated any.
The claim that their costs are reduced stems from the concentration steps which reduce the size of the downstream plant where they cook and acidify the concentrate to enable leaching of the REEs.
Still forge ahead with accusations.
