Difference in market caps is enormous, even with Lynas’ share price beaten down as it is (remembering MEIs share price is well off its highs also).
LYC could offer a reasonable premium to get a scrip deal done, and, even then, it wouldn’t be particularly dilutive to LYC shareholders.
