Geez you're a bit touchy today. Someone was asking about CAPEX projections for MEI and brought up one of few available studies. PS last I checked the UK/NI wasn't thaaat politically unstable but I'm not a local so I may have missed some new unrest or something ?

Wouldn't be surprised if the CAPEX is about $500m Australian that's based on a linear scale-up from Aclara's previous study on one of their sites at the FX rates that were at the time I ran the numbers - may have changed somewhat. Seems like that's about US$325m at current fx rates. The fast leach time could mean they can down-size some of the front end part of the plant though, I.e. less cycle time per batch. How much it might be able to shrink the costs not sure. If we round it to US$250-350m is still low compared to any hard rock facility. Even if my memory is wrong and it was a linear extrapolation in USD it's still pretty low. No time to look that up right now.
