Is 28 a tough nut to crack?.

A small gain this week, moving from 23 to 25. My last post was around 3 weeks back as I was away for couple of weeks, and I was hoping to have made an attempt at 28. But not yet. We are still toying with 23/25 this week, finally touched 25.5 again. So why is it looking so hard for 28? There are 2 numbers on upside - 28 based on previous resistance and then 31 for a new high. MEI likes to churn, but can suddenly make a big jump, line wipes etc. It has not happened yet, but not to be ruled out. REE macro improving slightly, and that may help.

I my lst post 3 weeks back, I mentioned I had bought at average 21. still holding, But did not add. Want to see 28 before adding.
