interestingly WAI is now worth almost 3x the m/c of MEI

MEI approx $432m....
at the end of the day its all about scale and cost (capex & opex).....
IMO what will close the gap is if MEI can demonstrate that they are indeed bottom of the cost curve, scoping study surely not too far away
