Rick Rule was just on the KE Report Weekend Show giving a plug for Meteoric. His point was that Sovereign Risk is misunderstood by investors and he's happy to be involved in regions other investors might shy away from. He wouldn't invest in British Columbia or California for instance but would invest in Sudan or Mali.
