Serra Verde is apparently running at around 50% of capacity because they cannot dry their tailings enough to put into their dry stack ... Brazil now does not permit wet tailings dams ... until Serra Verde can figure it out one has to assume that all the Brazilian IAC projects will have similar problems with clay (which is notoriously difficult to dry at commercial scale)
