I'm down bags too - but my holding is only between 1 and 2% of my total portfolios - so I am here for interest's sake, mainly to see what the PFS studies turn up. If good, as I expect, we could see a quick rerate. If a JV for the Dr's pipedream, only a minor move atm.
IMO the MD's remuneration is a matter for all SHs to process down the track - not just by voting out the remuneration package but by voting to give him the opportunity for a seachange.
I really think retail SHs should be a lot more proactive about their part in the legal oversight of BODs - - let me think about that a bit.
