Yep, someone dumped 40m shares to accumulate
If this project was going to be a goer there would be funds/instos buying it up rather than dumping it as fast as they can. Replace "insiders" with "funds/instos" in the above and you'll maybe understand why what you are trying to tell yourself is just silly
