Here's a good summary of why MEI's SP is falling. It'll go up like lithium will eventually as REEs are essential, but it'll be a hard road in the meantime. MEI are a long way from mining their REE anyway, there'll be piles of red tape permits and crap to get through, especially in a commie country like Brazil. Good for buying up large when the time's right, perhaps September:
