yes and I don't think policy towards REE will be different in the US whether its Donny or Kamila
secure US supply chains are a given and china has done their dash(no pun intended about 9 dash line ..but if the cap fits)
anyway
both us sides will support home grown secure supply
MEI/ARR etc etc are good longterm bets ....IMO
