Wow cand1,name and shame that state! Price Control by Manipulation was mentioned,which l think all of us here have suspected for a very long time (lm paranoid ) drive your competitors to the wall,well l think we also know the state cannot keep the REE prices down forever something has to give,(would the state be thinking of an bid in the background and if so how would that go down with the west?) their loosing heaps of money currently at the moment.
