With Elon Musk having a run in with Brazil politics and judiciary system regarding X which is the main platform Brazilians use to discuss domestic issues... Its possibly giving some concerns of the Brazilian government's temperament to outside influences...
And considering Musk is a big supporter to Trump who isn't a pro renewables fan (pun intended regarding wind turbines) and has been suggested to be on Trumps team if he wins office.... it might put pressure on the view of sovereign risk with investments in the country - just spitballing - rightly or wrongly it can bring a sense of caution to projects which then have no liquidity to sell into ...
