Yes your small brain read correctly at bottom of the cycle prices with the Chinese burning themselves trying to suppress prices . So if you think REE's prices will never rise from here then your better not to waste your time in this space as at these current prices only MEI would be profitable . Chinese are losing money . please don't if you don't want to take my word for it than DYOR .
