My brief thoughts, you beat me too it by 10 minutes as I was looking at something else. Notable omissions looking at the list are BRE, BCM and AXL (unless they're covered under a different entity, BCM's scoping study was certainly out before the application date). Unaware if they applied or not. Somewhat surprising inclusions are BEMISA and Tiros... which I suspect may be RAU.
A different link says 10 companies in rare earths, and in this list we've got Serra Verde, MEI, VMM, BEMISA, Tiros, Aclara (6/10), so that leaves another 4 from the list. I don't have the time nor interest to trawl through the rest of the list and look them up, guess we will see announcements today from those who are included. We obviously know the key members of the "Caldeira family" is all good but I'm curious to see who is also essentially not included or did not apply.
