BNDES/FINEP - there's ~900M USD budget and 56 business plans on the list. The distribution of funding and which financial instruments will be used is something to watch with interest (next key date 25 July 2025). There appears to be a fair share of smaller projects in play as well, which should be positive for getting more share of the budget for the larger projects like MEI/VMM/ARA. Quite a list they have, very broad. I suspect their definition of rare earths may not be as strict as ours.
