Well yes - on Tiros (RAU), my view is it's somewhat bad timing for them, they're yet to produce a working flowsheet, no scoping study yet, so early. Do they need money? Absolutely. Can they justify a lot of capex right now? Not really, there's nothing remotely bankable yet. This is a me too move by RAU and I'm suspecting they got in for the anatase...^H^H er "titanium" just as much as the REEs.
I've been super critical of RAU's journey so far and almost scam level marketing, giving REE stocks a bad name. They still have a pathway and they may get there but for now the stock (and the deposit) is bad odds gambling.
