Remember there's the second acquisition too that has a payment coming up. Someone on this forum last it was a topic said something along the lines of that there was a dispute with the vendor so we don't need to worry about that payment. From memory the terms of the acquisition was that the tenements had to be unencumbered, perhaps there's something in the weeds of that. From memory it may have been about USD $2 or 3m, but acknowledging this could be incorrect, I copped a bashing last time so I will leave it at that. Probably if you search on posts under my name on MEI you'd easily find the discussion which went on for a while.
