I like that Rick is considering MEI as a 3, I also like that he is willing to invest considerable $$$, acknowledging also funds may be available from governments.
It is reiterates the point that MEI will need cash, makes me thing that anyone with enough dow and shares would like to keep a lid on the share price to achieve a better deal for themselves.
Overall positive but will keep a lid on the stock price until the cash flows in. Hopefully a good deal for shareholders so that afterwards we get some solid growth.
The wheels are in motion but still some bumps along the road, including external factors that are both favourable (government and strategic importance) and unfavourable (wars and God only knows what Trump will do each morning).
