I think the main driving force for the Brazil operations is that the world has seen what China will do with rare earths if pushed, (Stop supplying)

A very clear message that a diversified supply Channel away from China needs to be developed for the future.
especially since the future is obviously -- Tech driven--robots etc. that will require a stable supply

To me, the Brazil Rare earths geology and the the fact Brazil is a low cost fairly stable economy make it a no brainer.

I do believe all those tenements (Brazil) will be rolled into one big mine, allowing greater economies of scale going forward.
Throw in the new processing IP and Bang, its not if , But "When"

This thing is going to explode
