Everybody understands an alternative supply to China would be great. The problem being the rest of the world requires private investment and private risk to compete with Chinese supply. China has Government control of everything that matters, which means if they are challenged with rare earths they will lower prices to drive away competition. Not a great incentive for private companies to take on. I am in MEI and hopeful, but wary of how it all plays out. Bring on the PFS.
