Environmental issues and REE pricing are an important issue facing China at present. I think Rick Rule said it recently, China's environmental issues in the rare earths sector are untenable and unsustainable. Both the government and the Chinese people have had enough. This means the cost of production in China will need to move up and as a result so will REE prices.
