This is all very educational. Based on some of my own search (I hate to use the word research as I’m mostly googling and reading up on available company announcements) in this topic, the answer was that hard rock deposits will cost more vs ionic clay deposits. But I was confused with LIN’s ann that seemed to indicate, at least to me, that they had the best of both types of deposit, high grade and simple/cheap to extract. I was wondering why LIN wasn’t valued at 5-10x of MEI in that case, and if MEI was overvalued. Glad to put that thought to rest!
