Downside, their recovery table average doesn't make sense.
Perhaps you can see the error. I can't see where the 33% total recovery comes from in table 17-1.

Anyway i cut that either on an average recovery. (i.e average those recoveries directly = 39.7%.)
Or
By grabbing the total extracted ppm per 1T of feed = 608ppm/1508ppm (TREO recovery) - 40.3%

Furthermore, those published recoveries in table 17 now not correlate to the %age of DyTb and NdPr content which the company stated was 4.7% and 26.4% respectively. If you add the 2 percentages in the orange that is the %age of the elements in the concentrate. Which are now 3.4% and 25.6%.

-I'm assuming 70% payability you're at 83%.
-I used the published suite of prices not an NdPr equiv (and used a lower figure)
-You accounted for royalty - I haven't

So i'm more conservative on the first 2 but not royalty. If I altered those we'd be at around the same figure.

i'm going to input the most recent published SMM prices across all companies to reflect pricing as of today so future tables will have lower revenues across the board.

Hopefully you can spot the error/issue with that table 17. 33% just doesn't seem right.
