Hi 3wave, what issue? My limited understanding is that MEI is in the process (the normal process) of applying for mining licenses and addressing (complying with) any environmental conditions. That is not an issue as some on this forum would lead you to believe. This is normal process that any new mining project in any jurisdiction would have to prepare, submit, and if required, negotiate.
Again with my limited understanding, the area in question is a section of the Soberbo region, and taking into account the project size (it’s massive) I believe IF mining was not to be permitted in this area, this would not detrimentally impact project as the area is insignificant in the overall project size.
