Playing devil's advocate, if permits are a formality and the company is that confident in them that they have already started works, does anyone think it may have been granted but it's not material enough for the company to ANN on its own?
i personally think its material in the bigger scheme of things, but it may been seen as a mere tick box for mgmt?
