Can anyone elaborate on what the 2000tpa permits are actually for?
If the ponds are built and already filled they cant have anything to do with the permits, nor can pumping from the aquifer.
People have posted pictures of the processing site which appears to have been cleared and works commencing so permits dont seem to be around clearing or building.
Is it a permit to export material perhaps?
Can anyone elaborate on what the 2000tpa permits are actually...
